Many small businesses were at the crossroads of making life changing decisions of closing their doors and letting employees go. As small businesses pushed through these trying times many are still faced with employment shortages as their doors reopened and business traffic increased. We've come to a pivotal time as we rise from the impact of the pandemic\, come together\, and support one another in rebuilding our teams.\n\nBuilding a successful team within your business is vital to your daily operation. A successful team reflects the business and you\, the owner. On Wednesday\, October 5\, 2022 we will come together to help answer some of the questions that have come to mind and hear from some of the TOP Speakers around the area on how they have built their successful teams and continue to grow their business. A successful team isn't built overnight\, it takes development\, collaboration and engagement with each individual in learning their strengths and talents. Then\, how to keep your successful team engaged and empowered!\n\nThe All Business Conference offers learning opportunities to help you optimize your team's success! There will be an opportunity to network with other small business\, individuals\, and visit vendor booths as you gain insight on building and maintaining your team.\n\nAlso\, scholarship opportunities are available to CSI students\, please contact our office at 208-732-6450 for more information!
